“Mollie was 4 years old when she was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. Hearing those words about your child is horrendous.

Mollie had 27 months of treatment between the Royal Marsden and the Conquest Hospital. We were put in touch with Children with Cancer Fund. They have given us so much support and we have met other families going through the same process and made life long friends. Meeting up for days out and having the chance to share with people also going through the same is such a big help.

Mollie is now 15 years old and taking her GCSE’s. She has the most amazing and caring personality and a fabulous sense of humour. It doesn’t stop when treatments do, there will be times of thinking, what happened there? Talking and sharing helps, we are both more than happy to have a chat with anyone going through these trying times, you’re not alone.”
