Evie was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma at the age of 2-and-a-half, she had 18 months of treatment; chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy, high dose chemotherapy and finally immunotherapy. Evie was one of the very lucky ones who walked out at the end of her treatment cancer free and she has remained that way for 8 years now!

Evie lost her hair twice due to chemotherapy and high dose chemo and has said for a long time that she would like to do something to help other children who are going through what she went through. She has thought carefully and had decided that she would to help two very worthy charities:

Little Princess Trust to donate her her beautiful long hair to, and Children with Cancer Fund in Polegate who did so much to make Evie’s wish of going to Give Kids the World in Florida back when she was 5. It was a trip she will never ever forget.”

Evie raised over £3000 for the charity through her fundraiser by cutting her hair- what an inspiration!
